Board member Jon Chr Syvertsen has today exercised his option to buy 500,000 shares at NOK 53.41 per share. The Board has decided to pay cash compensation for the difference between the closing price on Oslo Stock Exchange (NOK 59.00) and the mentioned strike price.

 

After this, Mr. Syvertsen through Adrian Finans AS and Syneco AS holds a total of 2,212 shares and 165,000 warrants in Songa Offshore ASA.
